"Una sóla boca que habla y muchísimos oídos, con un número menor de manos que escriben, tal es el aparato académico exterior, tal es la máquina cultural universitaria puesta en funcionamiento."

There is a general awareness that learning pathways and objectives have to change for European societies to adequately address global challenges. With this survey, we would like to better understand whether, how and which technologies can support learning evolution and change.
The survey is part of a study undertaken by MENON on behalf of the European Commission, Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS). The main objective of this study is to map and analyse existing, emerging and future ‘technologies’ that support teaching and learning in different situations and are expected to impact educational change within a timeframe five to ten years from the present.
To be able to identify and classify these key technologies supporting learning, we would like to ask you to fill in this questionnaire. Please note that the term ‘technologies’ is used in its most broadly sense, referring both to devices, applications and trends and to the environment within which they operate, e.g., connectivity to Internet/Cloud and the applications supported, either on the device itself or by virtue of its connectivity.
The survey will not take any longer than 20 minutes of your time; it consists of 2 parts: In part 1 we collect your insights on technologies supporting educational change; in part 2 we would like you to indicate your background and profile.
