I Workshop Internacional: Investigación en Imaginarios y Representaciones

Bogotá, 16, 17 y 18 de noviembre de 2016. Universidad Santo Tomás-Colombia.

La Red Iberoamericana de Investigación en Imaginarios y Representaciones (RIIR) y la Facultad de Sociología de la USTA, convocan a los investigadores de la red y a todos aquellos interesados a participar en el I Workshop Internacional de investigación en imaginarios y representaciones. Actividad enmarcada dentro de la celebración del día del sociólogo.

Objetivo:
El objetivo del encuentro es generar sesiones de trabajo en torno a perspectivas teóricas y metodológicas. Se buscará encontrar aplicaciones interdisciplinarias en diferentes campos de la investigación en imaginarios y representaciones.

Forma de trabajo:
La lógica de trabajo se realizará en mesas en donde los investigadores analizarán los diferentes alcances, correlaciones, diferencias, entre otros aspectos relevantes; que pueden existir en las diferentes perspectivas.
A lo largo de dos días se organizará el análisis en grupos de investigadores, en donde cada uno tendrá tiempo para exponer sus aportes desde los distintos campos y experiencias investigativas. Finalmente se realizará una discusión grupal y elaborará un documento con las conclusiones alcanzadas, las que serán presentadas en una plenaria final y que se organizarán para una publicación.
Las sesiones de trabajo del workshop serán abiertas a oyentes.

Constitución de estatutos de RIIR:

Los miembros de la red una vez concluido el Workshop podrán participar en la constitución de los estatutos de la red, actividad cerrada que se llevará a cabo durante toda una jornada.
La inscripción al evento es libre dentro de las fechas indicadas: del 1 de febrero al 15 de marzo de 2016.

Hacia una red latinoamericana de recursos educativos abiertos (REA). @zonarelpe #REA #OER

Hoy traemos a este espacio, este texto de 47 pp. sobre Recursos Educativos Abiertos,  editado por RELPE  (Red latinoamericana de portales educativos) y titulado " Hacia una red latinoamericana de recursos educativos abiertos (REA)", que nos presentan así en este organismo del  EOI:
En los últimos años pueden observarse dos grandes transformaciones en la dinámica de los contenidos en línea; por una lado el creciente predomino de contenidos generados por usuarios (User-generated content) a través de diferentes plataformas y ambientes en línea; y por el otro, la estabilización y crecimiento lento de fuentes de datos semi-estructurados
en línea.

Este proceso de articulación nos permite identificar un horizonte comunicacional caracterizado por la generalización de nuevas formas de socialización en ambientes digitales y la consolidación de fuentes estables de datos y recursos en la red. De alguna manera, estos dos fenómenos interpelan dos importantes ejes en la historia de RELPE, a saber: la construcción de los portales educativos como espacios de mediación y participación para las comunidades educativas de cada uno de los países miembro; y en segundo término, la necesidad de garantizar condiciones para la difusión, permanencia, reúso y apropiación de los recursos educativos generados por los portales.

"Introducción a la cocina al vacío de El Celler de Can Roca " ... que se nos presenta así:

Descripción de curso

Este curso empieza con una introducción a la cocina a baja temperatura y después se centra en la cocina al vacío, explicando las características generales de la técnica, sus usos y el equipo y utensilios necesarios para su práctica. Seguidamente, se entra en detalle en las cocciones al vacío, haciendo hincapié en las ventajas que aporta y en la importancia de conseguir una relación tiempo-temperatura correcta. A continuación, el MOOC se centra en diferenciar las cocciones directas de las indirectas explicando sus características principales y otras aplicaciones culinarias que se pueden realizar gracias a la técnica del vacío como, por ejemplo, impregnar, compactar o desairear. Las recetas de El Celler de Can Roca y los ejemplos prácticos van a acompañar las explicaciones a lo largo de todo el curso.

Conocimientos

Conocimientos básicos de cocina (preelaboración, cocción y conservación de los alimentos) y conocimientos básicos de las normativas de higiene.
